Raspberry Spinach Yogurt Blend [fills 2 pouches]
This recipe is great for older babies and toddlers, and is a great way to sneak in some extra veggies. Store-bought flavoured yogurts are mostly loaded with sugar and processed fruit. This homemade raspberry spinach yogurt is easy to make, loaded with nutrients, and cost effective.

- seeds from half a vanilla pod (optional)
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup fresh baby spinach—thoroughly washed
Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Pour into a Pouch Love Reusable Food Pouch and serve or store.
Will stay fresh for up to three days in the fridge and up to three months in the freezer.
