The following shipping / postage conditions apply to all Pouch Love orders.
Pouch Love offers shipping throughout South Africa using our preferred courier service.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
Orders are dispatched on Mondays and Thursdays each week, excl. public holidays.
Shipping costs are not included in the product prices.
Pouch Love will not be held responsible for lost mail.
Whilst we aim to dispatch all orders per the above schedule we do not accept responsibility for unpredictable delays in transit. You will receive an order complete email notification once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping varies between 2-5 business days depending on your location, from the day of dispatch (Monday and Thursday each week, excluding public holidays).
Delivery times are often delayed during peak trade times. Pouch Love ships from Durban.
Pouch Love makes every attempt to stay within the delivery time quoted and do not provide guarantees, nor compensation for delayed shipping.
If a package is out for delivery, we are unable to intercept and change the delivery address should the incorrect information be advised.
All shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping for incorrect choice is at the customers own expense.
Return shipping for faulty goods is at the expense of Pouch Love.
We guarantee you will love Pouch Love reusable food pouches. Our pouches are made with the greatest of care for the health of your children. However, if you are unsatisfied you may return the item for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving the order. If we do not have your requested exchange item on hand, we may issue a refund or credit for your returned merchandise instead. We will make every effort to fulfill exchange requests whenever possible.
Goods must be returned within 14 days of received parcel in original condition for all refunds or returns.
Postage charges are non refundable.
Defective/ damaged items
If any items in your order arrived damaged, please take a photo and email us immediately, including a photo of the packaging and product(s), your Order number, and the best number for us to call you back. We will refund or replace the item as soon as possible.
To return your product, you should mail your product to us along with the order number or packing slip. You may contact us if you need help locating this number. Customer is responsible for all shipping cost if seller is not at fault.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Warranty / Guarantee
Pouch Love offers a 3 month replacement guarantee on all products, applicable from the date of purchase.
