BANANA, ALMOND AND DATE SMOOTHIE

This is one of the most delicious smoothie recipes!

  • 1 medium banana
  • 3 chopped dates (pip removed)
  • Handful of raw almonds
  • 1 TBS linseed powder (optional)
  • 4 cubes of frozen full fat, plain yogurt (pre-frozen in ice tray)
  • half a cup of full fat milk

blend all ingredients together very well, in a decent high powered blender (powerful enough to blend ice and almonds).

fills 3 x Pouch Love Reusable Food pouches (or 2 x Pouch Love Reusable Food Pouches, AND 2 x Pouch Pop Ice Pop Moulds).
