BANANA, ALMOND AND DATE SMOOTHIE
This is one of the most delicious smoothie recipes!
- 1 medium banana
- 3 chopped dates (pip removed)
- Handful of raw almonds
- 1 TBS linseed powder (optional)
- 4 cubes of frozen full fat, plain yogurt (pre-frozen in ice tray)
- half a cup of full fat milk
blend all ingredients together very well, in a decent high powered blender (powerful enough to blend ice and almonds).
