
Mango Frozen Yogurt Pops
(Fills 6 Pouch Pops)
- 2 cups diced mango (fresh/frozen)
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 tbsp lemon juice (from a small lemon)
- 2 cups plain full fat yogurt
In a medium saucepan, combined mango, honey & lemon juice.
Bring mixture to a boil over medium heat.
Reduce the heat to a gentle simmer.
Cook, stirring occasionally for 15 minutes.
Chill the mango mixture, then combined with plain full fat yogurt.
Spoon into 6 Pouch Pops & freeze overnight.
